First On The Scene (FOTS)
Developed by NAEMT and the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC). Participants will learn how to access help in the event of a life-threatening emergency and what to do until EMS arrives.
This course covers:
- Activating the 911 system
- Hands-only CPR and AED
- Administering naloxone
- Administering epinephrine
- Responding to life-threatening bleeding
- Penetrating chest trauma
- Moving patients to safety
- Positioning injured patients
Basic Life Support, CPR/ AED, FIrst Aid
- This course is designed for healthcare providers and other public safety professionals working a wide variety of occupational settings - in and out hospital - and individuals enrolled in healthcare and public safety career training programs.

Online & Classroom courses available
- Blended Learning
Classroom portion can be completed on your computer, tablet, or smart phone. Skills portion will be scheduled in person with your instructor after online portion is complete. You will not receive certification card until both classroom and skills have been completed.
